Developer Bohemia Interactive shared the news during its 25th-anniversary celebration, leaving fans excited but also wishing the game would arrive sooner.
The wait for Arma 4 has been long, with the last entry, Arma 3, released nearly 11 years ago. In the meantime, players have enjoyed a spike in Arma 3 sales on Steam and the launch of Arma Reforger in 2022, which gave fans a taste of what’s to come. However, the limited content in Reforger has left some players wanting more, raising expectations for the full release of Arma 4.
With three years to go and assuming no delays, fans are hoping Arma 4 will offer significant upgrades over its predecessors, despite the long wait. Many agree that the wait will be worth it, even as others wish for an earlier release.
