Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Unveils New Zombies Map ‘The Tomb’
Treyarch has revealed new screenshots for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s upcoming Zombies map, The Tomb, set to launch with Season 2 on January 28. This new map continues the story from Citadelle des Morts, sending players deep into ancient catacombs in search of the elusive Sentinel Artifact.
The Tomb features nine distinct areas, including the Dig Site, Neolithic Catacombs, Ossuary, and the Dark Aether Nexus. Players will explore dark and eerie locations filled with ancient civilizations, mysterious cave paintings, and ominous bone piles. The map’s architecture includes impressive statues, candlelit shrines, and vast caves, setting the stage for intense battles against the undead.
A new enemy, the Shock Mimic, will challenge players by disguising itself as useful items and attacking with electrifying claws. Players will also have access to powerful weapons like the Ray Gun and the returning PPSh-41 submachine gun, as well as the Death Perception Perk-A-Cola from Black Ops 4.
Season 2 also brings new multiplayer content, weapons, and modes, including the fan-favorite Gun Game. The addition of The Tomb map promises to raise the stakes in Black Ops 6 Zombies mode.
