GTA fans who are retiring are finding they won’t make it in time to see GTA 7 released
Older GTA fans are lamenting that it may take them until after their deaths to experience GTA VII, given its release date of 2019. Unfortunately, some fans believe they won’t live long enough.
GTA VI’s trailer has caused more excitement than anyone could anticipate – and trust me, we were expecting quite a lot! Fans are impressed by its graphics; one developer even confirmed gameplay will match up perfectly to what can be seen in its trailer! Few critics of GTA VI have complained about it being too violent; most gamers, thankfully, seem unconcerned with such opinions.
We now know GTA VI will come out sometime between 2025-2027 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles; we believe PC gamers might receive their version sometime afterward. GTA V’s PC version took two years to release, so fans are understandably anxious about GTA VII being available when released in 2019.
Some are concerned they’ll no longer enjoy gaming when GTA VII arrives; other speculate on whether they will even still exist by then; Reddit user “rasticool” raised this point when writing, “When GTA III came out I was 25; by the time GTA VII comes out I will have reached 50 and won’t ever have time to play GTA VII,” with his post garnering over 6,000 upvotes at time of writing!
Fans who follow GTA release dates closely have become acutely aware of time passing. One such user shared their story: accurate_ad9742 wrote “My father died this year from ataxia, taught me gaming and played extensively […] When GTA V came out we both got extremely excited [about it], though now he may join me when GTA VI releases.”
User rgumai commented, “As I age, the weight of knowing that GTA VI won’t come out for five more years becomes even heavier,” while user thedevilsadvokaat mentioned it’s probably similar for her; still GTA VI looks nice; all I can wish is good health and happiness to us all!
