Bethesda’s Fallout is among the most adored RPG games of all time however, what is better than a hybrid version which also incorporates CD Project Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 in the mix?

This is what it looks like we’re getting with the upcoming post-apocalypticsci-fi extraction shooter developed by Sharkmob and published by Level Infinite, Exoborne which was recently revealed during The Game Awards.

If Exoborne will be anything like the standards of The fallout series, as well as Cyberpunk 2077 the game is getting a great surprise. I’m getting impressions of the film Edge of Tomorrow.

“Humanity is in the midst of an unimaginable worldwide collapse due to the utter failure of the last hope for humanity, Project Rebirth – turning our planet into a hostile environment. It is possible to explore a portion of the southeast US that is being ripped up by the ferocious forces of nature,” reads the press announcement released by Level Infinite.

The main point of Exoborneis the fact that “big risk” are often rewarded with big profits in the sense that “players assume the roles of Reborn remarkable survivors equipped with a device that allows they to make use of the mighty Exo-Rigs. Armed with this amazing technology, they are able to thrive within a world dominated by conflicting factions, dangerous chaos and the other enemies of Reborn.

Utilizing the Exo-Rigs capabilities, they allow players to fight the brutal forces of nature, and to channel their strength in combat and motion, making it the ultimate post-apocalyptic power fantasies.”

“Exoborneis not just one game for us. it’s beyond that,” says Petter Mannerfelt the creative director of Sharkmob. “This is a lengthy process of development. We’re excited to expose this to the world. We are excited to find out what the public thinks about as well as the universe, and the exciting, action-packed play area that we’ve created.”

A release date is not yet given to date for Exoborneat at the time of the time of this writing, however it’s likely to release via PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.
